i.e., AI am joining the list of people who has not received refund after multiple phone calls and emails. So much for customer service!!! I am ashamed to know that an Indian Academy is doing a such a poor job in terms of cancelling class, not treating their dance instructors from India well, and not refunding if they are not keeping their terms of contract and most of all not responding to emails and phone calls. I started my son's class with so much enthusiasm, only for the class to be cancelled after 5 classes for rain once, then for an extended period of 8 weeks. How can any 8 year old child can keep interest going in dance if so many breaks happens. They should have the basic decency to refund to families asking for one due to interrupted classes. My son goes to karate for 4 years and singing for 2 years. I am not the person who starts and stops classes. If they are not able to staff smaller towns, they should stop starting new classes and fleecing money from unaware customers. I
