Don't buy here. I purchased a custom ordered chair. The day it was delivered I told them it was gray and I ordered sand. They told me the color just looked different under the warehouse lights. Two weeks in the chair started to show wear. Shouldn't have. I paid $1,000 for performance fabric. They sent someone out to look and he said it was likely manufacturer would say it was normal wear and tear. Sure enough they did. I called service manager and she said send pictures. I sent pictures and she said you have the wrong chair. Your chair is wrapped up in bubble wrap in our warehouse. I got excited. She said it's aqua. I said no I ordered sand. The salesman ordered the wrong color. I would have to wait another 9 months to reorder. I didn't want to wait so I decided to try to find something on the floor. I found something and ordered it but wasn't sure about it. A day later I cancelled it and asked for my money back. They gave me my money back LESS $149.00 plus $11.92 tax for delivery fee. They said it was because I cancelled the chair. I didn't get any merchandise, it was their fault, they screwed up, I have 3 days to cancel an order and they're charging me a delivery fee. What do you think?
