I would totally recommend this place to anyone. My new vacuum had a manufacture problem and it looked like the repair would have to take a week. But when I got to Bagdon's I expressed that I have a 9 month old who is crawling all over and is finding all the dog hair in the house and they completed the repair in just 3 days!! Thank you so much for expediting my service for my son and for my sanity!!
Good service, dependable, knowledgeable. Has repaired my Dysons and I bought an additional Dyson from this store. Very helpful in orienting me to the technology. Recommend this sales and service vendor. Dysons are termpermental and have some deisgn flaws that they are very familiar with. Going back for a 3rd machine from this store for my son's 1st home. Would not go anywhere else for a vacuum. LLeslie

Do not use this place to repair your vacuum cleaners. I let them repair my Dyson ($400) vacuum and a Hoover. I have taken my Dyson back to them for the same problem 4 times. It works for about 5 uses and then its broken again. The guy who owns the place and repairs the vacuums always tells me that I have somehow vacuumed up something hard or metal and that is the cause for the breakdown. I am an emmaculately clean person and therefore, don't just have nails and other forein objects all over the floor. It amazes me that the issue is not suction but rather the spin. (if you have a Dyson, you'll know what I am talking about). I have spent a total of $280 for its repairs. I could have bought a new Dyson by now, Unfortunately, this is the only authorized Dyson repair place in my community. As for the Hoover, its broke again and I refuse to spend another dime.
