I stop by this place every day on my way to work. The help has always been friendly to me. The food is always fresh and the service quick. Prices are reasonable. What else could you want???

Not only is the help rude, the food is greasy, and the place is filthy.

Absolutely love this place. They have never been rude to me. Granted they might not be the friendliest staff but they are at least polite and the food is GREAT. Love their tuna. Simply the best tuna ever.

I agree with the first poster. I am from up North and that is no excuse to be rude. Their system of taking care of customers in the correct order does not work (people enter from both ends) and instead of being proactive and rectifying it, they ignore it. Then, instead of asking, "who's next?", they choose to help not knowing who is next. Also, it is inconsistent to find out what the correct sides are. One time, I can get fresh fruit, the next time, I have to listen to a song and dance about why I cannot have fresh fruit. Simply fixes...they ignore. Poor business practice. The food is good, which is why we go back; HOWEVER yesterday was ridiculous. People were taken in front of us, no fruit and a rude cashier who does not listen. We will be looking for a new place to eat breakfast.

Please don't listen to other poster. This place is great, a local favorite. The people working there are from up north so I can understand how some people can think they seem abrasive at first (sorry to make a generalization like that) but they are the nicest people in the world.Case in point, my wife was sick at one point and went to get Matzah Ball soup (also 2 months preganant I believe but they wouldn't have known). There was a huge line and the manager could see she felt I'll. He asked what she wanted and when she replied he let her go to the front of the line so she can purchase her soup and go on her way. Obviously they care enough to be aware of everyone at all times. I have 2 other stories similar but limited space to write. I promise I don't work there I just like to go there and take care of them because they take care of us.Their omelettes and bagel sandwiches are money! Don't forget to get a bag of Bagel Chips when you go!!!

Rude and condescending counter help. Bagels are ok. Drink prices through the roof.
