Great customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Go out of their way to get you the car you want at a reasonable price.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place if you plan to have it serviced at this business. The absolute worst customer service I have had at a car dealership. My opinion is go to another place , stay away from this place at all cost.

service is really poor. I bought a new car and had a defective tire but I just got the run araound though according to their manual they were suppose to contact a local dealer for me.

Bought a car there 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues in dealing with their service dept. Never had issues in PKBG anywhere else. If you are a woman, you will be treated like an idiot by their mechanics who seem to only be able to grunt instead of actually communicate with customers. We have also had issues with trustworthiness or a lack of knowledge & skill, not sure which. I would not trust these guys with a bicycle.
