I found the new salon chic, pure Shelly- if you know Shelly. She is a fantastic hair artist, who continues to bring new styles and colors to this area with her continuing education. And as the previous reviewer said, she will not allow you to walk out the door, unless both YOU & SHE are satisfied. She feels you are her billboard, so why would she want you to go out the door without being happy with your hair, and with that said, quality takes time, so if you have to wait a little longer than other salons, maybe they didn't really care what they made you look like. I am a loyal customer who believes Shelly is well worth the wait & price. I urge all of you to visit her new salon, you won't be sorry!

I have been a customer of Shelly's for several years, and this woman has tremendous talent and perserverence. She has had several ups & downs in her life, and still strives to be the best at what she does.I have had cuts, color, highlights and perms from her and have never had anything but great results.She WILL NOT let you leave her salon dissatisfied, so I don't know who these 2 women are, but they cannot be telling the truth! In fact, a few years ago, I went to another salon and received what could only be called a botched color job.I was in this salon from 12:00pm until 7:00pm & they told me there was nothing else they could do for me, and they suggested I come back in 6 weeks so they could try again, and then made me pay for it!! (Although they told me it was a lower price because they didn't know how to fix it. I went to Shelly's the next morning, without an appointment I might add,& in between prom clients, this woman fixed my color within 2 hours & it was perfect! I love her!

I was in this new salon today and I couldnt believe how elegant although trendy it was. Shelly and Nikki are definately a step ahead of the rest with their knowledge and talent. I was very pleased with my new look. I have finally found a salon that has talent, and personality and I WILL return. GREAT SERVICE---BEAUTIFUL, a MUST!

I went to this salon for a color and cut. It was a cute salon. The receptionist was very pleasant and the stylists were very pleasant. The owner however, was the most impolite women I have ever met. It was like watching a 2 year old throw a tantrum. After waiting for 3 hours and listening to all of this i was not extremley impressed with my hair no pun intended. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
