This place was very unhelpful. They sent us back to our doctor to get a "better script" and refused to accept it when we returned. When she told us to go back again, my husband asked if she could just call our doctor, as we had a sick infant in the car. She told my husband it wasn't her job and refused to do anything else. We went to the other hospital supply place in town and they processed our claim in minutes and said that the information Alley asked for was unnecessary for our insurance. I will advise everyone I know to go elsewhere.
