I bought 3 different bean soup mixes and really enjoyed them. They are extremely healthy and I substituted chopped mushrooms for the meat and it did not take away from the recipe. I bought at Lewis Palmer High School in Monument and the owner was so pleasnat and helpful to me deciding on which recipe to try.I love buying local and the fact the beans are ready in about 30 minutes because they are pre-cooked and dehydrated is a real time saver! Note, I live at 7300 feet so I had to add time to the recipe but not a big deal. The high altitude instructions are on the website but not on the package. I recommend the owners add the high altitude on the packages so customers don't think they are doing something wrong in the cooking process. I reviewed the whole website and I think it is really great that the company has numerous packaging possibilities for the same product. This makes unique Colorado gifts. Enjoy. Your new customer.
