They are extremely hard to get a hold of. Once I finally spoke to someone they told me the owners and "Disney travel expert" was out of town and would be back the next day, and would call me to set up my trip. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing from them. If its this hard to get a hold of them when I'm trying to book my trip, I can only imagine how hard it would be to reach them if there were problems while we were on the trip they planned. That's definitely not worth the risk to me. They should definitely up their skills for their customers.
