I would like to give rave reviews for Jim Merritt, the parts manager. I was having some trouble with my 02 Ranger, and went in to get some parts. He went beyond all expectations to help me troubleshoot my problem and helped me get the correct parts I needed. We have owned Fords for years, and he has been the best parts person I have ever met. We are "snowbirds" and he didn't know us previously, but he gave us the customer service as if we had been his customer for years. If this is an example of your dealership, you are to be commended!
