It provides equipment and treatment services at physician s offices, ambulatory care centers and hospitals throughout the country. The center s administrative office provides operational direction and supervision to its centers and its billing office personnel assist patients with all invoice and insurance payment concerns. United Shockwave Therapies is headquartered in Chicago and has other centers in Park Ridge and La Grange, Ill.
