The new girl they just hired is nicer than the existing staff. Management here does a great job of finding people who truly service us truckers. Great service and honest folks. They truly advance 100% when I present them with my bill of ladings - and they hold back 0 reserves. My old factoring company would hold back 10% and it was hard to keep track of that 10% reserve. After looking into the 10% reserve rate i noticed I never got back my entire 10% reserve rate because of miscellaneous fees and chargebacks. But with Saint John Capital you never have to worry about that because they advance the entire 100% upfront. Talk to John or Lily - they are really nice.
