At Mel's Craft BBQ, we take this seriously. There'll be no shortcuts taken here. We burn real wood fires; with meat sliced to order. We offer prime beef brisket, Berkshire pulled pork, all-natural turkey, and baby back ribs. We know our farmers. We offer great craft beer and cocktails in a welcoming environment with indoor and outdoor patio seating. We support our community. We offer catering for parties large and small.
