Maine South High School, located in Park Ridge, Ill., offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students. It offers subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, arts, computers, and health and physical education. It provides a variety of sports activities, including cross country, soccer, swimming, basketball, cheerleading, golf, tennis, and track and field. The school features a media center and computer laboratory. It has a library that provides a large collection of magazines, reference notes, fiction, newspapers, journals and encyclopedias.
