Belinda I don't Think this is right....its is real sad when people go out to eat and then complain so that they can get something for free and are some $$$$ took off bill..and when it is someone that goes to the Rosners all the time and does this all the time ...that is sad shame on you....I have been going to Roseners for years and the food is always great and the people are wonderful...its sad that people like you try and give them a bad name because you want something for free...if you cant afford to go out to eat then stay HOME....All this does is give u a bad name at all the restaurants in the area...they know who u are and expect this out of you.....

Tonight I was given an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, ever seen, ever HEARD of. I ordered a Steak, when it arrived it was in four pieces and 90% fat. I tried to take a bite but it was beyond gross. The flavor was GOD AWFUL. Truly, literally gag worthy. It took me a few minutes to get my servers attention at which time I took the fires and toast off the plate to eat and ask her to take the steak back and told her it tasted really bad. My husband finished his meal and I my fries and toast. When the waitress gave us our check she whispered that she was sorry, the boss refused to take anything off the tab. When we went to pay we ask if they could take the entree off the bill and us pay for the rest and the owners wife was horrendous to us. She treated us like thieves, called us liars, and called the police on us. I have never had such a putrid, rancid steak anywhere, ever, then to have the police called when we ask to have it taken off the bill! Ridiculous!
