Shabu is a full-service Asian-style restaurant that offers a variety of entrees, desserts, appetizers, salads, soups, sushi and wines. Its entree list includes wok-seared diver scallops, coconut-crusted tofu, Black Angus rib eye, grilled double-cut pork chop and rack of lamb. The restaurant s side dishes feature Asian coleslaw, brown rice, and squid and seaweed salads. Shabu serves vegetarian, tuna, spider, orange crunch sushi and scallop rolls. Its starter menu includes pot stickers, fire cracker shrimp, fried spring rolls, tacos and wonton soup.
