Record keeping is a joke, had someone else's info in my chart, no set office girl, each person takes turns answering phone if not seeing a patient, possible reason why file system is in shambles? Which ever agency is over licensing of these establishments need to do some research on this one. avoid if at all possible

This place is incompetent. Recently had an evaluation done on site and the report was incorrect and that does not include the typos. In the modern age of computers and spell check this type of unprofesionalism is completely uncalled for. This goes to show a lack of attention and care that is needed in the heath care industry. When confronted by Her mistakes the owner became extremely hostile and only corrected the errors when threatened with a civil suite. This field of medicine has a certain amount of leeway in actions and judgment. They can inflict damages that are hard to undo to a person and their reputation. If you must deal with this "Professional" then go armed with a recorder, either a phone or some other recording device, or possibly a family friend that can sit in and vouch for what is said or done. Do NOT inform this office of what you are doing or they will refuse to see you, (since a friend had to go there after the incident I had, she informed them that she wished to record the session, it was just therapy, and was refused treatment by all doctors in the office), this was not to protect the client, they know of their shortcomings and are protecting their money making business.
