With a location in location in Paris, Ill., the Human Resources Center offers a range of health care and community welfare services. The center is affiliated with the Illinois Department of Human Services, Clark County Mental Health Board and Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. It provides respite care, residential support, children and youth services, and personal and social assistance, as well as mental health and case management programs. In addition, The Human Resources Center offers crisis intervention, outpatient treatment, substance abuse therapy and rehabilitative services that include physical, occupational and respite therapies. The center also provides home care, skilled nursing, home health monitoring and home support services.
