We have dental insurance, however, it doesn't cover many pediatric dentist's. As a parent taking my kids to the dentist for the first time I wanted to make sure the experience would not scare them. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The office was so clean, the staff was wonderful and the doctors were sweet. I sat in the room with my kids as the doctors examined them. The doctors pulled up the xrays on the computer and talked to both my children and I about what was on the screen. We discussed everything from cleanings, toothbrushes, braces, everything. They were wonderful-love them.

I received the full bill saying that the insurance denied the bills. However, i submitted my insurance details before the service and doctor's office didn't let us know that my insurance was not covered even though i submitted my insurance details before the service. They didn't show any courtesy when i requested them to give some discounts on bill as i was not aware of the insurance coverage and assumed that doctor's office checked it as they collected my card details before the service. They started sending notices as my bill is due and no help when i called them and requested for discount on the full bill that i received. Ended up paying the full amount and i do not recommend this office and i feel that they are pure commercial and money making.
