I had to call them to see if the rug was cleaned yet. When we finally did pick up the rug it still smelled, we were told it might get weaker. 130 dollars later and not very satified. When I called to tell them of my disappointment I was told they would try one more time. A rude coment was said about my dog. I wouldn't recomend this place for carpet cleaning.

It was a lucky day for us when we found G. Fried Carpet. Right from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. Gary, our salesman, was knowledgeable about the differences between carpets and wanted to understand what we wanted and could afford. He didn't try to sell us anything but what we were comfortable with. He personally came to measure our apartment and brought the samples we liked so that I could see how they would look with our furniture and surroundings. Andy worked with me for a delivery date that was satisfactory to me. Having G. Fried deliver on Saturday was wonderful as I did not have to take off from work. I wasn't expecting very much because on two other occasions I've had professional carpet cleaning companies to my house and in both instances I wasn't very impressed. Not so with G. Fried! They busted their rumps and when the carpeting dried it looked brand-new again. I am no longer embarrassed to have strangers into my home because of the way my carpeting looks.
