Based Paramus, New Jersey, our physical therapy center offers a variety of treatments to effectively address a wide range of health conditions. We chose our name in order to exemplify the nature of our practice and treatment approach. F.I.T. Physio Therapy stands for first in innovative treatment, because we employ unique methods not found in other facilities.

The crew at R & R are great. I recommend this establishment. Eric, Diego, Charmelle, Bruce, Lola and Jeanie are all beautiful people. Great customer service and always available to help and answer your questions. Great therapist. My pain is not as persistent as when I started after my car accident. Thank you for all you do and for helping me feel better. God blessed me with you.
