Provided by DexKnowsI experienced disappointing unprofessionalism and shabby, careless work at Rainbow Glass. The customer service was the worst in history with me! They were to replace my windshield on a 2010 vehicle. When I picked it up, there was torn foam by the dashboard, left 3/4" space at roof top, glued instead of clipped the corner molding on the outside(in which the first washing it came off), scratched my hood, and side trim. All these things are very apparent and they still can't admit to doing wrong and refuse to fix properly, as it would cost them another windshield. Lory stated if she would have seen the torn foam, she would've of cut it all out so I wouldn't notice. She then said they could put adhesive to fill in the space. Remove and Adhesive....really?? I got it inspected in which they confirmed the extremely poor quality of workmanship. Most unbelievable experience with the ugliest non-caring attitude of an adult I've seen in awhile!!!
