After letting years of personal+parental-estate files accumulate, originally boxed and held as tax records, and shelved deep in my basement storage, I finally got the purge-urge- I was running out of space. The household shredder would take days to reduce it at 12 pages per. I needed a bulk shredder, and found ProShred via a Bing search, with an online RFP option. My phone rang within minutes of submission and I got an explanation of their on-site/mobile vs walk-in options. I chose walk-in, as my document boxes would still fit into my SUV. A few more boxes, and the mobile option would have been better. I was just under that break-even on the mobile pricing. For the price paid, ProShred is an excellent value. The 2 employees I met were exceptionally friendly. This is a great secure-shredding company in a convenient, suburban location- PERFECT for homeowners or small businesses. I could not get online pricing info from Staples, and would not have been as certain of timely destruction.

I only had 4 bags of paper that needed shredding so I wanted to drop them off rather then have someone come to my house. I called up Proshred and took the bags over to them. They are located off of King Street in Malvern. Off of Warren Avenue. The staff are very nice and accommodating.I just felt a little uncomfortable though, that I was not able to see my documents actually being shredded. They were put into a locked garbage bin and were to be shredded in the afternoon along with the bulk of those gathered during the rest of the day. You have to trust the system since whomever locked the bin also has the key.I did not know this information until after all my papers were in the bin, or I might have been more inclined to just turn around and take them back home and sit at my own shredder and do them myself.

Proshred is professional and secure. There service was far better than other services I have received for shredding documents. It was fast, easy, and on time; what more could you ask for? Being an insurance agent security of private information is really important. Proshred even let me watch the shred on the closed circuit TV they have on their truck. When they left, I told myself I would never sit in front of that stupid shredder again!

Locally owned company, excellent pricing, superior customer service. This company was able to schedule my shredding service during my initial phone call. Their service schedule was able to meet my needs. When the other companies were telling me that I would have to wait 3-4 weeks to get the service, Proshred was able to have my service completed within a couple days. Highly recommend!!.
