I purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu (37,126 miles) from LANG CHEVROLET in PAOLA KS. They put a service contract on the contract I was signing and never discussed it with me prior to me seeing it there. I was told it would cover EVERYTHING and I agreed. $2,265.00. I put $4000.00 down yet they still put that service contract on my note. Why??? WHY would anyone want to pay interest on a service contract when they had CASH in hand. My back window blew out at 4 a.m. one morning on the way to work after I turned on my defrost. I called them and they immediately BLAMED ME (RUDELY) saying I broke my window or had a wreck. They offered to replace my window for $350. I declined and told them I wanted a refund for the $2265 service contract. They refused. I was in my legal rights to ask for a refund as I had 60 days. ANOTHER PLACE fixed my window. I cancelled my contract but they still have my money refusing to refund it. That $2265 is still on my note that I am paying interest on. HELP
