The first actual cleaning process that is used is called a ?Agitation Process?. We use a commercial grade floor buffer with a rotating nylon brush to do a deep cleaning, working through the carpeting and bringing everything that might be underlying up to the surface. The chemicals that are used are all natural cleaning agents that are made with hydrogen peroxide and delimaline. These products have been tested and Green Seal approved for safety to humans and animals. The second step consists of: 1. A process that is called a ?Clear Water Extraction Process?. In this process we use a commercial grade machine called a Tsunami to lay a fine mist of hot water to rinse the carpets and then we extract right back out approximately 94% of moisture from the carpeting. This in turn leaves the carpeting damp only and the carpets normally dry within 2-8 hours. * All of the equipment that we use has been tested and approved and does not break down the carpet fibers. * All of the chemicals that we use have been tested by Shaw Industries and been given a 5 (which is the top rating) for approval and has also received the Gold Seal approval for the entire carpet cleaning industry. *If you have any questions regarding this or scheduling a cleaning time please feel free to contact us at the number listed above!
