Horrible Doctor. The staff was OUTSTANDING but the doctor is in it to make money. Has no care about a patient unless they pull out a credit card. There was horrible lack of communication and when they are at fault... They don't care, just pay me, pay me, pay me... I have had a temporary tooth for a year and faithfully pay my monthly bill. I have no idea how long it will take me because THEY didn't go over the billing until after and I thought my insurance was covered (it was but that doctor QUIT). Now I am paying the outrageous full price (didn't know until after) and they will not put on my permanent tooth until the $3,000 is paid in full. Hmm, temp tooth is supposed to be no longer than 6mths. It will probably be another year and a half before I can pay it off as I am a single working mother and can't afford more than 100 a month for this horrible dentist. I am pretty sure, his lack of communication will end up making my other teeth surrounding the temp worse along with my gums.

Just visited Dr. Doctor at his new Southlake office...his new offices have just the right touch and are so much closer to me. Dr. Doctor has been my dentist for about 15 years (I think.) I appreciate the outstanding service and care he and his staff continue to provide.
