I've made several appointments with topix that result in me showing up and them saying it's cancelled or that person isn't in, without me receiving as much as a call to let me know. The stylist do great work but I can never seem to get an actual apointment or even called to be told mine is cancelled by them.

Just had a shampoo, cut, and style with Crystal. She and the staff at Topix are fabulous!
