Our Services N. Gibson Psych NP Our first visit is an in depth psychiatric evaluation. Then we, the client and myself , discuss these findings and decide on our plan. We discuss the diagnosis, if medications might help and if so then decide on which medications and then I prescribe. At subsequent visits we discuss how the medication is working and any adjustments needed. We discuss ongoing stressors and life style issues as the whole picture is so important. I try to assist with each client reaching their best level of wellness.
