I just graduated from Yahweh Yoga school in July 2011 and I am so excited to help others release stress, find peace and detox those terrible toxins of daily life, To feel better inside and to hopefully become closer to the Lord. This is the temple God gave us so why not take care of it and feel good. I love to pray for others and I love reading a short scripture from the bible in each class to help us focus on what is important and that is God.
