Dr. Mostafa and & Isla made me feel safe and calm today (as well as my past two visits over the past 9 months) and I couldn't be more thankful for them. Sometimes the new receptionists have a hard time understanding and treating patients with past dental trauma with compassion, Catherine spoke and looked at me like I was crazy/stupid, then procceded to bad mouth me to my husband and called me rude, when I went to the rest room,& other patients were in the lobby when she said these things. I've worked customer service for well over ten years and have never treated or looked at anyone in that manner... it did bring me to tears, but the doctor and nurses are more than qualified to calm you down once check in its complete. I do miss the receptionist Carmon, but so very thankful for the nurses and Dr. Mostafa. I would recommend them to anyone.
