Awful experience. Ordered delivery and it took 2 hours to arrive. We were less than 2 miles away. Food was cold, garlic knots cold and hard. Called 4 times asking for delivery time and was told it is almost there - waited 30 minutes called again and again. Spent over $75 for food that was terrible. Dishes had turned over and leaked in their insulation carrier and containers were greasy and driver set them all over papers on the counter and wood dining table. They left a huge greasy mess everywhere and terrible, cold food. Called owner to complain and was told they would talk to the driver!!!!! NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION -- WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. Worst experience ever.

Waited over an hour for a 14" pizza. When it finally came the toppings were 6 inches from side of the crust......NOTHING but bread.....no cheese, no sauce...nothing but bread. Upon inspection of the House Special pizza, there was on 5 pepperoni slices on the entire pizza and 4 small pieces of sausage. There was a good many mushrooms but it was mostly onions and a sprinkle of black olives. There could not have been more than 2 oz of cheese on the entire pizza. Another member of our party ordered one of their PRE-MADE slices and the hand made pizza that took over an hour came out 17 minutes before his pre-made slice finally made it to the table and it was not warm. It also had basically no toppings but did look better than the made to order pizza. Probably because they have them on display. I ordered a Philly Calzone. It arrived large and puffed. Looked wonderful until I sliced it. There was 4 pieces of meat the were less than 1/8 wide and 4 inches long, 2 little sliced strips of onion, and not even a spot of cheese in the entire Calzone. We were so hungry by this time we ate the bread, told the waitress of our concerns, paid and left. We are locals and brought our out of town guests with us and were completely embarrassed. The only good thing about the experience was they played good music. We will NEVER go back and will tell everyone we know of our horrible experience. We have eaten here numerous times and at first it was great. Apparently they have had management or kitchen changes. They need to go back to the way they ran the business previously or they will be out of business very soon because of no repeat business. I recommend not wasting your money here....carry out elsewhere that is made in mass production is much better for your money. Oh and to top it all off....the Calzone did not stay down and in after I got home. I wonder if the meat could have been bad?

Have yet to dine in, but after waiting 90 minutes then 2 hours for delivery, I think we may start taking the drive out there. Food is awesome, and staff is hard working and friendly. We love Miguel.
