This is the rudest assistant ever been born

My name is Jacqueline Paul and I have made an appt. three times for my daughter. Due to her being 16 and working and I too, sometimes life will bring unexpected issues. I called this morning first thing to re-schedule my appt.Ms.Shawn got rude and just hung up on me.In all my years raising a child and making appts. for her well being I have never been treated this way. I called her back to say I need to re-schedule her and she says "when can you show up" I DONT KNOW. All I can do is schedule what is best for my child. If I was to ever talk to a customer like that we would be fired.Being in the customer service filed I have learned it is the customers that bring business, not the employee. I hope all reads this will run away from this office and head into Tallahassee for some real reaspect and service. They are here to serve us and not us to serve them. You are not the only office in Crawfordville Florida and I will continue to spread the word on the treatment I have recieved.
