If I could rate this complex with negative stars, they would get a -10 rating from me. The grounds look nice as they do water almost everyday during the summer -- and sometimes in the cold winter. This jacks the price of the apartments to unreasonable rates for what you are getting. The grounds are beautiful, but the inside of the apartments are not maintained well. If you need a repair, you have to keep on them and remind them time and time again. They have repair order slips you can fill out, but they have never worked for me -- they seem to be ignored and when you ask about them, they can never be found. . Over the past couple of years the company has become cold and unsympathetic toward tenants. The company itself, based in Albuquerque, seems to have a cavalier attitude toward the tenants when you call the home office.
