Established in 1973, Keys School is an academic institution that offers a variety of educational and extracurricular options to students in kindergarten through grade eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 180 students. It provides classes in language arts, music, drama, physical education, Spanish, social studies, science, dance and speech. Keys School conducts a range of after-school sports programs, including soccer, baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, softball, and track and field. The school features a library that offers a collection of books and reference materials. It operates chess, science, fencing, math, aerobics and homework clubs. Keys School maintains a laboratory with computers and Internet access. It is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools and Educational Records Bureau. Located in Palo Alto, Calif., the school is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools.
