      They charged me in advance for the service I wasn't sure if I would be pursuing. Now they are refusing to refund money or even return calls to schedule an alternative service for the same price. Completely unethical & unprofessional practice - save yourself a trouble and go with a more established practice. For example, Stanford dermatology is very close and is much more professional, ethical, and competent.
