Pay with cash or a check. Don't let them draw from your debit or credit card. They bill so sporadically that unless you keep track of every posting vs every cleaning, it's impossible to follow. They can bill you twice - two or three days apart, or go three weeks without billing at all and charge you for multiple visits. I got fed up trying to track it and the owner told me that anyone with an ounce of sense should be able to follow it. Nice huh? But again - the cleaning is pretty good.
