Smoky Jennings sold me a used car only 3 years old in good shape minus a few broken parts. They promised everything would be fixed for free. After months of waiting for them to get the parts in, I find out they were never ordered and they wanted to charge us for them. In the meantime the catillitic coverter went out. Along with other little bells and whistles constantly alarming me something is wrong. Does no one do a quality check ? Did they purposely sell me a Lemmon ? I bought the waranty knowing the vehicle was used but no one went over what all the warranty covers. not much. Doesnt cover cat coverters and trust me they are not cheap to change on newer cars. After months of battling with rental cars we finally gay it back. Now the main seal blew out and sprayed oil everywhere. A motor SEAL IS NOT COVERED.They don't realize people depend on dependability and are willing to pay for it , instead they think people want piece of mind so they only tell you what you want to hear.

I was looking to replace my 2010 SS Camaro that was totaled by a tow truck here in Florida. After 3 weeks of searching I found Smoky Jennings had posted incredibly a twin of my car with all the after market parts I had. I called Debbie in financing who was a sweetheart! she offered to try and get me a lower rate than my bank and succeeded! I spoke with Doug, the Salesman, made an offer, and he didn't squabble one bit. He accepted it and we started to close the deal. I didn't want to drive to pick up the car, instead having it shipped to me. Debbie fed-x 'ed all the paperwork and I never had to fly to ILL, just a great experience! Then I asked if the prior owner had the car cover. they called the prior owner who the got in touch to offer me more aftermarket parts at a great deal. Shane in Service acted as a liaison and also installed all the parts before shipping car to me. In 30 years of buying cars, I have never had a better experience than Smoky Jennings. 5 stars all the way!!!! Robert/Florida
