We arrive and it is nothing like they advertise the place is a junk heap the lots are small people have garbage all over their lots the park is not maintained and both of the people on both sides of us tell us not to.go into the back cus that is where all the crack dealers and users are. The wash room to.do.laundry is have boarded up and dryers and washers run on cold only and that is when they are running no bath house no pool no nothing but garbage and stray cats everywhere. WOULD NOT RECOMEND

I have stayed in this no frills, RV park several times. It offers a naural setting with sites beneath majestic live oak trees. I prefer the unstructured relaxed attitude here over the larger campgrounds with many planned group activities. What I give up in frills i get back in relaxation. Would reccomend tl like minded campers.
