Established in 1981, Panera Bread is one of the largest bread baking companies in the United States. Based in Palmdale, Calif., it features recipes that include bread pudding with apples, pecans and raisins, along with cinnamon raisin French toast, among others. The bakery also offers recipes in various categories, such as appetizers, breakfast and brunch, soups, salads and sides, sandwiches as well as desserts, to name a few.
