Worst Service Ever!!!!



Unprofessional and Rude service. Worst auto insurance shopping experience i have ever had. No customer service what so ever (read reviews for Adrianas insurance in Van Nuys and Anaheim to see for yourselves.) Their staff are not trained properly or maybe they are trained to lie. A lot of mis-information asking for high down payments. They take pride in ripping customers off. The staff cant even answer simple questions regarding liability or full coverage. As a consumer i want to know exactly what i am purchasing and getting into. When i asked them to explain my policy and exactly what is covered the girl helping me did not even know the difference between "liability and full coverage!!!!!!!" This company is incompetent and should not be in business. I wish i had a better experience. So i think i will pay State Farm or Farmers more but i will get what i pay for.
