      Exteriors Painting Process: We trench at the foundation 3 to 5 inches deep.Power wash all surfaces being painted for good paint adhesion.Mask windows, doors, roof tiles, floors, and patio furniture as needed to prevent over spray.Apply stucco patch to cracks and areas necessary to match existing texture.Caulk wood and around windows and doors as needed.Apply primers or water sealers as necessary.Apply finish coat to stucco with paint sprayer.Brush and roll wood trim and siding.Remove all masking materials .We then carefully clean all work areas. Interior Painting Process: We move remaining furniture to the center of the room and cover with plastic and drop cloths. Mask and cover all windows, doors, ceilings, floors, showers & tubs, cabinets, sinks, and all areas as necessary.Remove all nails from the walls and ceilings and repair holes.Remove dirt and debris from walls and baseboards.Remove wallpaper as needed.Remove switch plates, door knobs, and any hardware prior to painting.Repair imperfections on walls and ceilings with spackle.Prime all areas as necessary.Then we apply the finish coat with the finest quality paint.We then carefully clean all work areas.
