What a disappointment! After purchasing 3 guns from Take Aim over the last 2 months, I assumed they have been around so long due to treating their customers well, was I ever wrong. One of my purchases I was unhappy with and returned to the shop 1 week later. Brought gun back in original box, packing, and even an extra magazine. Let them know immediately I had fired about 50 rounds and found the gun was of poor quality. I only asked they "help" and work with me to buy a higher quality gun. I paid $308 for the gun, and they offered me $100 trade?? OK, I realize it's now "used" but expected a fair deal to help satisfy my need for a new gun. Let's think this over...they made $ when I bought the gun, they would have made $ on the new gun. AND, could have given me a fair offer of even say $200 and still made $ w/ the extra magazine for the used gun. Greedy, I'll never be back.

Very professional and helpful in my opinion. Went to three other stores prior to making my purchase. Glad I shopped around first. I was treated with respect and got a better deal then any other local store offered. They had more guns than all three prior places put together. My new and only gun store.

As someone who has made over a dozen purchases there over the last ten years, I am no longer a customer after some insulting trade in offers in the last two years for guns that were sparingly used and bought new from them. As a retail business owner myself for over 20 years, repeat customers should be highly valued for their loyalty, or else their loyalty finds a new home.

Don't bother with a trade in as you will surely get insulted at their low offer, however their prices on new guns are probably a little better than most other shops in the area. They used to be a great place to deal with before the great gun buying spree, can't say that anymore.

Great selection. Very clean store. Female salesperson was available to help my wife with a selection. Top notch store. We will return.

I called Take Aim to inquire about an FFL transfer. They were very professional and ultimately I ended purchasing my gun as a special order.
