Florida Land for Sale. Prime Sites USA specializes in the sale and acquisition of Timberland, Farmland and Development of Land in Florida and in Costa Rica. The firm was first established in The Commonwealth of Virginia in 1988, by Carl Carlsson, formerly with McDonald's Real Estate Development, Washington, DC. It was subsequently registered in Florida in 1999, and is now headquartered in the Tampa Bay Region.
