- Family PracticePatrick Hickey is a dual certified family psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner. He began his health career enlisting as United States Naval hospital corpsman at 18 and working various assignments including several Naval, Army and Airforce bases as well as the USS Comfort and Mercy hospital ships. Patrick pursued a bachelors and Masters degree in nursing at Molloy College in Rockville Centre NY and moved to the Tampa Bay Where he completed a masters in family practice nursing as well as an Executive MBA with University of South Tampa Business school. He has extensive community health experience, palliative care, acute care, medical surgical, intensive care and emergency room experience working inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units, including detox units, acute crisis units, intensive outpatient programs and a military PTSD program.

- NeurologyThe Brain Enhancement Institute was founded by Ron Lopez MD. Dr. Lopez who is certified by the Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Academy of Child Psychiatry. He is also one of only a few local psychiatrists who are certified to prescribe suboxone for the treatment of opiate addiction. The Institute has five additional affiliate providers with skills and experience in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults. He has specialization in both psychological testing/ and psychotherapy treatment with children and adults with ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional behavioral issues, and developmental concerns including ASD/Autism, and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons. He also engages in forensic work with adults and children, and has a diplomate fellow in psychopharmacology which provides a solid foundation for understanding and recognizing the value of medications useful for treating various emotional behavioral concerns. Dr. Rosen also has IACT Certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is an IACT Master Trainer in Clinical Hypnotherapy, useful in treating issues related to pain management, habit control, trauma issues, addiction issues, medical psychology issues, and boosting self confidence and performance enhancement with children and adults. Dr. Rosen also is approved and trained for administration of Cog Med, a Working Memory training program for children and adults with ADHD, as well as those with Bipolar Disorder, which improves processing speed and working memory and focus helpful to improving academic and work performance, and test performance enhancement.

- PsychiatryBrenda is a Licensed Clinical Psychiatry beginning her career with Family Service Centers in 1991 providing individual and group therapy in the treatment of issues ranging from chronic mental illness to personal growth, facilitating court ordered Anger Management Groups and providing psychotherapy for chronically ill children and their families. She researched and developed educational material for classes, seminars, and workshops on a myriad of psycho-educational topics such as gender differences, personality typing, conflict resolution communication skills, and more presenting to businesses, professional organizations, and Pinellas County School teachers and Guidance Counselors. Brenda was an Adjunct Facility Member with St. Petersburg College and Nova University teaching undergraduate Psychology classes. She also worked with Northpointe Psychiatric Hospital providing individual and group psychotherapy for chronic mentally ill population in a partial hospitalization program and in an acute inpatient setting.
