Highly recommended by a friend of mine, who is a physician. Apparently, well-liked by the physicians in the area. She was very thorough and took the time to explain why my "spinal stenosis" was causing my back pain. She gave me epidural steroid injections that were painless and I am currently pain free!!!

I was recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer with very painful tumors in my spine. Dr. Columbus was very compassionate and very thorough. She came up with a pain management program that has truly helped me through this crisis and very trying time in my life. I am very grateful to Dr. Columbus and her staff.

Gulf Coast Pain Management is a great place to go for your pain problems. The Doctors are very through in asking you about your problems and offer you options in treatment. They are very strict in the ordering of Medications, which I am very thankful for. The staff is always very pleasant and willing to answer your questions about procedures or insurance. I would not go to any other Pain Management Doctor in the county.

Highly recommended because Dr. Columbus, Dr Bethel and Chris (the P.A.) are the best. They take the time to listen, empathize and help. The Front Desk clerks (Lola and Jean) are very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

I have suffered from headaches for years. Dr. Columbus cured my headaches with Botox injections. Now I look good and feel good! She is highly regarded by her peers. She has an excellent staff, all of whom are very compassionate and understanding.
Truely the best!!! I suffered for 10 years with chornic pain from multiple diagnoses. No other physicians were able to help. Dr. Columbus took the time to help and get my pain undercontrol. Her PA, Chris Wittman follows in her footsteps, what a wonderful man. Her staff, Jean, Lola, Ashley, Katherine, Keith and many more are always pleasant and willing to help anyway they can from making appointments to assiting with insurances. An exempliary practice for all medical professions. Thank you
Dr. Columbus is by far the best physician in her field. My husband was having so many problems with his back pain and we are happy to say that he has been painfree for a year now.
