      In less than a month, my endurance has increased, I have gained over a percentage in muscle mass... and lost even more fat! I feel better about myself... and I have Angi to thank for that. Angi and Gary aren't just my personal trainers... they actually care about my progress and my well being. They have gone from being my fitness instructors to being family friends. I can say that every one of Angi's clients aren't clients. They're friends.
