After many months of brainstorming, Chicatopia finally took form in August of 2012. It has been the project of a stay-home-mom searching for ways to continue staying-at-home while advancing her career as a professional mass communicator. All aspects of the business, from design to content to webmaster, have been the work of a single person. Now a year later, ideas have materialized, organizational system is in place and the structure is all set up and ready to grow.
