Baxley Properties, Inc. was first established in 1989 on the living room floor of Dick Baxley’s Palm Desert condo. After completing his tenure as an Economics professor at The University California Santa Barbara, Dick decided he needed a change of pace. He headed to The Bay area where he spent many years as a Real Estate Salesperson. After becoming a broker, Dick Baxley decided to open his own brokerage firm in The Coachella Valley. He began cold-calling prospects from the Yellow Pages, and before he knew it he had his first listing agreement. Baxley Properties, Inc. continues to climb to the top of the local Real Estate market, after 30 years and millions of square feet bought, sold and leased.
