      Don't call them. Not interested in repeat business. Called for an emergency that they came out be for on and fixed. Now refused to come out. They don't do that. Think twice before calling them then think again.

      Apparently Dan (I believe is the owner) is doing so well he can blow off appointments without even a phone call. He gave us a 4 hour window to come by and give us a bid on an entire new heat pump unit. He never showed up and did not return TWO calls in which messages were left with his service. My wife called the next morning and after many excuses by Dan of why he did not show for appointment and why he never returned any calls he told her "we'll just part ways now, I'm too busy"! Are you kidding me ... WOW ... must be nice to be that busy to flush down a $4,000 - $6,000 job!!! The unfortunate part of this entiree experience is that Dan was recomended by a friend. I guess if his business is slow or maybe he is hungry the week you contact him then maybe he will come bid the job ... if not you will get the "let's part way" speech!!
