General Info

Farhaad C. Golkar, MD, FACS is a board-certified general surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he also completed his general surgery residency. Dr. Golkar also completed a fellowship in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Golkar is well published and spent time as a professor at the University of South Florida. He is welcoming new patients ages 18 and up and accepts most insurance plans.
